Garlic roasters are a beautiful and effective way to prepare roasted garlic, often called for in recipes or used as an appetizer. This garlic-shaped stoneware pot will hold 3-5 large heads of standard garlic. The roaster may also be used on the counter as a storage pot for garlic. The glaze is a smooth orange/olive speckled matt, both inside and out. Directions for use/recipe are included. Each pot is individually made and shaped, so some variation will occur. Food safe, oven, microwave, and dishwasher proof.
